A brand new violin doesn't automatically mean it's ready to play. It should be adjusted by a luthier to ensure the best condition. As a professional violin teacher and luthier myself, I dedicate time and effort to fine-tuning each instrument. However, I understand that I cannot satisfy everyone, as personal preferences vary regardless of playing level. I know shopping online can be tricky. If you are highly sensitive to sound, I recommend visiting a local shop to try instruments in person. If you're not very familiar with violins, this option offers the best balance of quality and price. I do not sell cheap or low-quality instruments, so you can buy with confidence. Returns
We do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or if the wrong item is sent, we will replace it free of charge. We take pictures of each instrument before shipping, so we can verify if any damage occurred during transit. We also offer a one-time exchange option if you are not satisfied with the instrument for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. In this case, you are responsible for return shipping costs, while we will cover the outbound shipping for the replacement.
